The easiest way to replace the model (what I did) is using a 3d model and make adjustments and the putting it on the games rig. If you are using blender you need to use this plugin (https://github.com/A-Ribeiro/CustomBlenderFBXExporter) to export the fbx correctly (you also need to downgrade versions to when the plugin actually worked). There is more you need to do with the .ent files to get it to work, but for the most part that is how you do it. If you are having problems with it, feel free to add me on steam or discord.

For the replacement of the player model, did you just found a 3D model in .Fbx format paste the rig from the actual player model and replaced it? Is that it?
Or there's more ? I'm asking because i'm planning to do it too , if you can help .

I have had that problem in the model editor before. What worked for me is opening a new file and then importing the mesh. When you load your .ent file again you should see the model. Also you shouldn't even need to open the .ent file if you are just making changes to the bone weight. If you are in debug mode you can just reload the map after exporting the model and it should update.

I'm currently working on the moth model, it's coming out semi-decently.
One big issue is how for some reason parts of the model just vanish while I'm trying to fix the weight paint upon re-importing them back into Hpl3

Any clue what causes that to happen? Might be the version of blender I'm using.

This is great, but would it be possible to add a Sniper voice line after the German sniper takes a shot at you up in the pillbox? That would really complete the experience, I think.

Hey, so I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing this, but the playermodel is fucked. Whenever I start a game, the cameria and skeleton is stretched and distorted to the point where it's unplayable.

I have no experience with modding so I have no idea what's causing this, the only mods I have enabled are the L'Etranger [Revolver Retexture] and TF2 Spy Player Model.
