Np, enabling the citizen cars basically must have the following:

-In the options tab, go to background npcs -> supported addons. the DV support should be checkmarked

-in actor settings in the options tab of background npcs you change the number on how much cars you want to be spawned, there are two sliding bars, the one on the bottom is for the DV cars

I prefer to have two or three cars as the DV waypoint mod takes lots of CPU.

NOTE: as the time i have replied i've noticed i forgot to include the DV waypoint mod into the Required Items, so go check that and you should be good to go.

What is that?

To use the mod you have to have DV waypoints on the map, you just enable the citizen cars and they should drive. You can change the amount of cars in the Background NPCs Settings

How do you add one car as a citizen vehicle?

How does this work exactly? I can't find any setting
