Slight bugs with this map; I have like every mountable Source game installed but find that several models appear completely invisible, most commonly tables (?)

I have several Valve games installed already, but I'm missing at least one texture - the specular reflections off of the metal surfaces in the starting area. I'm happy enough to go get another Valve game if I need to, but how can I know what game I need to get?

I really like this map but there's a small issue, there are missing texture reflections in a lot of places, i disabled all addons but the map, i also umounted all games to see if it was that but they're still there, is there a fix for this?
