Report a translation problem
1) It only drains mana from itself, not the other conected mana stones.
2) You can keep "using" it even though you have no mana left on the stone. That doesn't add weakness to the enemy, but it counts for, for example, the Belt of Knives' passive (after using 5 items, 5 dmg to all enemies).
If it helps in any way, It IS conductive and it's mana can be replenished and thus it's effect used again until it runs out of mana. Still doesn't use the rest of the networks' mana.
