Here is my belief:
As the Rotors move the doors, the Pistons are extending and retracting because of what ever area of effect the door is hitting. Your doors needed a suspension system to work properly, that's why it would be hitting everything.

The Gyro Scope establishes the ships XYZ directional grid, letting it be able to tell where up and down is. With this in place, the door is able to follow the Z axis with lower chances of running into a hiccup in the programing.

The reason the hiccup is there is because, technically, the door is still free floating and doesn't have to follow the XYZ rules. Since the stationary base of the Rotor and the revolving connector are two separate parts, the XYZ programing is in conflict with the free falling door peice. With the Gryo Scope, the rules of the programing is established and the door is more easily controlled.

how can you put te two rotors on the big square ?

Looks very smooth. Sadly piston heads are not exactly the most stable construction to attach heavy doors to. Still GJ!

They are what the rotors are attached to. In the second vid you can see them bouncing around before i put the gyro back on.

These doors look awesome. Where are the pistons? I can't see them on the pictures or vids.

Uploaded a second video of what happens without the gyroscope. Before i even put it on there it was shaking a lot worse than in the video
