Update: I found the recent update to break any spot light. Hoepfully they do a hot fix soon.

The issue is how light behaves in SE.
Even with a radius of 1000m you do not get a proper light distance of 1000m but instead a very strongly decreasing range.
I guess that the issue is how the shader works with its exponential decrease aswell as some mechanisms within the lightning we cant properly change yet (hardcoded .exe code).
However scientists around the world are looking for a proper fix for it ;-)
