I got to agree with everyone here, this is improvement over the base game. As a side note, I think the game used to have 2 blessings top, but since recently I have only ever gotten 1 type of blessing while playing.

Yes, I'm not rushing myself. You ought to make a mod for blessing generation, I've only generated a few blessings playing BPH due to not actually finding one of the few and rare Blessed weapons. Thanks.

Take your time, right? BPH will still be there and I could always take a stab at creating ways to generate blessings. Been wanting to get into BPH modding when I have less stuff at work breathing down my neck. Be well, chief!

I'm working on stuff like that. In other mods. Will be slower than my current pace, because only because I've been on annual leave until today, but something pressing has come to my attention in my real life.

We could do with some more blessing creation items, I think. Not many people have added any, as far as I can tell. Since this rework of the concept I can't get enough while there are many less popping up.

Love the new additions! Looks super solid. Vengeance literally being served cold by adding Freeze to enemies is such a fun and fitting concept.

I made it so that you can't sell the Persistent Blessing because they're generated from Blessing of Persistence, so it'd be free money, and there's already a Blessing that offers money.

Turns out you can't sell the rare blessing, which to me is great as it makes it worth hanging onto instead of cashing in. Dovetails nicely. Inventory Blessing is also a favorite. What can I say I like free stuff.

NP! Great concept and execution.
Some notes: rare may be a bit much for the spawnable one, will have to see how many i find after more playthroughs. It's an easy 10 gold.
The "at end of combat"/"at turn start" blessings are genius;
The former is a great fix for getting saddled with useless +1 damage blessings if you finish the last enemy with a blessed weapon. Now it pays to check the blessing and use it.
The latter is great because it stimulates trying to use the blessed weapon to get kills, also on non-weapon builds.
More mechanics like this planned? So far I love all the blessings!

Thanks. I appreciate the feedback. If you find anything that's a bit pointless or weak, or just not fun to get, I'd appreciate feedback on that. I'm also debating including a Blessed Whetstone that might make you get Blessings through other weapons, but I don't think this is the mod for that. I dunno.

Fantastic idea, immediately just makes the whole blessing mechanic much, much more interesting. Stuff like the persistent blessing mechanic shows creative ways of making it interact with other mechanics like item destruction.
FWIW at some point I ended up just skipping blessed items because it takes too much time to either:
A. position the default "+1 dmg to adjacent weapons" and then only have it be marginally useful in the same combat encounter only
B. pop up the blessing when combat ends, taking up my time.

So far, just 3 floors in the difference is already night and day.
