You're not supposed to "use" the wrench and multi-tool, you're supposed to HIT your buildings with them.

another thing ive noticed a while ago is that the wrench and multi-tool takes basically the same amount of time to dismantle a building as just doing it bare-handed, even at full hunger. is this intentional? i dont actually know if its slower without the tools if you have low hunger, but i'd like to ask (even as a toggleable option) for it to be faster with the tools since you're already spending durability on it

server crashes if you hammer a burnt down regular generator with the multi-tool (and i assume the same occurs with the wrench)

I don't think that'd be fitting for an item exclusive to her, but I could try changing the portasol to teleport players near Winona in the future.

Is it possible to unlock to limit to Winona on the portasol? So others can use it in multiplayer?

@talent there are no additional skills in the skill tree, once you activate the vanilla skills they'll also activate the new additions to those skills.

it's not a replacement, it's an addition.

i cant find additional skill in skills tree. 3 times checked, the mod is acticated, all setings is default, the world is new

Very late to answer, but did you try doing it while starving (below 50 hunger)? cause that should disable the faster hand actions.

Alternatively, make "hand actions" speed configurable

Maybe then you will make it possible to disable Quick Charge in the settings? I will turn off, release Werepig, and then turn it back on

I'm looking into it but I'm honestly not confident in my ability to patch this, Scrappy Werepig seems to be a really weird exception that just so happens to not work with my code...

the recent fix has made it so winona does the picking animation with all containers. this also makes it impossible to open inventory containers such as the polar bearger bin unless they are on the ground

Why you blaming the mod? I removed the "turn off catapults" already since buildings have a sleep mode now.
If these are old catapults, you really should just destroy them and build them again.

Good news: Winona finally got the win she always needed with a skill tree!

Bad news: It broke the mod. I found that out when I ducked into my citadel for a hound attack only to find that my ring of catapults no longer received power...

I tried, the game hates that, legitimately hates that.
and when the game doesn't hate that, every UI mod will be sure to break that for you.

Do you think it would be possible to somehow add in game to the skill tree abilities descriptions in text form the addition you made here? So it's not a necessity to come back to this mod page to see which skill had what mod addition

Ya that's perfectly fine with me, I liked this mod a lot for the.
Extra durability on equipment.
Items not slipping out of your hands.
And her working faster.

For the record, this will feel like a nerf to this mod overall, since the goal of this mod was to give Winona perks that made her as powerful as other characters with skill trees.

Now that she does have a very strong skill tree, I will have to nerf some of the strengths in this mod, I won't remove perks outright but expect them to only be impactful depending on the skills you get.

Not my priority right now, go play with vanilla winona and come back in a week or two idk.
I know for sure I'm removing perks since Winona now has them by default, might also throw some perks into the skill trees (so you have to unlock one skill to also get durability bonuses, or the 2 wrenches)

@Angelica: This Isn't to rush you I just want to know so I know for the future.
Do you plan to update this mod In the future or no?, I only ask because It has been 8 months since the last update so I kind of realized that maybe you aren't Into DST anymore. (Ik quite a few mod creators that have quit so I mean non of this as any Insult or to be rude, just an explanation for my question).

I usually use your mod and another one that allows her to build stuff with 3/4's of what that Item usually requires, so not much with that one for It to break stuff but still a Winona thing and worked.

I mainly use the same mods I always use to see what breaks, I am using a different mod for Winona and the games fine with that one.

WHY are you using this mod if Winona just updated, of course it'll break xD

Ah and something I forgot to mention, I suspect this Is because the Machines now automatically turn off after a certain period of time. So the on and off switch from here likely conflicts with that, just figured I'd mention It.

Ik the update just came out but figured I'd say anyways.
This mod seems to not let Winona craft the new Generator she just says "I can't do that" and thus you are unable to power anything.

Also you can't place Catapults and I am unsure If Its this mod or another (It seems to be another) but when I place the Catapult down my game crashed.

I didn't test the other machines out yet, but so far that's what I've found sadly.
I love this mod for Winona and I look forward to using It again once updated

Great mod! Just dropping a suggestion: add some kind of magic tape that is made with normal tape, n-fuel, and thulecite fragments (or something along those lines) that would allow to repair magic equipment.

what tool in specific?

The durability bonus for crafted tools does not seem to be applied correctly. It increases the number usages when attacking with tools as weapons, but not when using them as tools.

Nevermind, the generator is just off by default and looks the same as when it's functioning without the mod. Could you please make it on by default?

The catapults stop running entirely with this mod. Which is a shame because otherwise its exactly what she needs but that's still her biggest perk...
