I dunno why people hate the neon stuff, at least it's not those unusual effects that have 6 variants and takes like 25% of the slots for unusual effects in a case.

I think Mann-O-Gram does a similar idea but less flashy and more centered into the game.

Really good concept, but i really think you need to get rid of the continuous flashing it doesnt look good. If it is just blue and red neon though bouncing slowly that could be a lot better.
