Cosmetics like this are why I wish TF2 had regional slots (gloves, hats, shirts, etc.) to give more reasons for adding these less-noticeable yet neat-looking kinds of cosmetics. Regardless, still hope both styles get in!

The fact it has both a Halloween and Non-Halloween style is pretty dope concept.
