Not exactly sure what could be causing this issue, I would suggest re-downloading the addon and trying again. There may be a possible conflict with another addon you are running alongside. I am aware of prior graphical issues with workshop content turning invisible, however this was several years ago and I am unsure if this bug would still be around. You can try and work through the fixes mentioned here and reiterated here , you can read through these to see if this sounds similar to your issue. I can continue to try and replicate your issue on my end to see if anything specific is causing it to happen (i.e. happening on any particular reception? Is it only invisible when in combat? Any other workshop content you are using alongside? etc).

I wouldn't know what could be causing that kind of issue from this mod, it could possibly be some jank with it running alongside other mods you are running at the same time. If you could provide me with some extra information about your issue (i.e. any particular reception it happens in or other mods), I can try and replicate it on my end.
