@nexus312 Thanks!

I'll take a look but no promises. Currently on a kenshi burnout and need to reset.
nexsus312 26 Jul @ 2:25am
The main difference is that UWE adds copper plates. The copper alloy plate is made from an iron plate and a copper plate. The copper ore is processed into copper plates. The idea is to change the indoor copper processor to produce copper plates and make an indoor alloy processor separately. In theory, this can be implemented as a submod for the main mod. The Submod will change the base copper processor and add an alloy processor.

@nexus312 Kinda embarrassed but this is my first real mod, I'm not sure how to do a patch. If you have some pointers I'm game.
nexsus312 25 May @ 11:02pm
Any chance on Universal Wasteland Expansion patch?
ₘₑₗₒₙ🍈 27 Mar @ 3:55am
ty for this mod... cannot stand having to give up space for ugly refineries everywhere
Elkstone 17 Mar @ 8:26am
I've never heard of whatever AOM is either, not sure why someone would assume that anyone had
nato187  [author] 15 Mar @ 7:18am
@Marraw Oh I see, I'll shoot them a message. Thanks for the suggestion
nato187  [author] 15 Mar @ 5:08am
@NotFresh I think you have a mod conflict. This mod does not add coal or anything.

@Marraw what's AOM?
Marrawder 13 Mar @ 9:59am
Can we get AOM patch?
NotFresh 20 Feb @ 12:09pm
im having trouble running your mod, please help. there a thing, it give sooo much headache . theres this "Coal" thing. for steel refinery you change from just iron plate to iron plate plus coal. but here the thing. your coal is 2by2 icon. and theres a Coal 3by2 model. is this intensional? and why you make it soo complicated?
nato187  [author] 28 Nov, 2024 @ 11:37am
@OtaFumiga you mean ore nodes?
OtaFumiga 22 Oct, 2024 @ 7:17pm
Please could you or do you know of a mod that reduces the size of deposits?
nato187  [author] 3 Oct, 2024 @ 12:05pm

nato187  [author] 9 Aug, 2024 @ 4:29am
Sorry @DPREDATORIAN I don't understand
DPREDATORIAN 8 Aug, 2024 @ 10:03pm
Y en qué parte se investigan por que no me salen ya importe
nato187  [author] 3 Aug, 2024 @ 7:02pm
@PersonHumanThing @Torkkar

Yeah, added copper refineries in the latest patch. Please import your game and let me know if there's any issues.
PersonHumanThing 29 Jul, 2024 @ 12:01am
Are you going to add indoor copper refineries?
nato187  [author] 13 Jul, 2024 @ 8:01pm
@RainbowBoris because the hemp processor is already buildable indoors in vanilla? If you're struggling to build it indoors you either have a mod that changed it or your ceiling is too low to fit the machine.

@Torkkar good idea.
RainbowBoris 7 Jul, 2024 @ 1:52pm
why is it that whenever someone makes a mod like this, they NEVER make an indoor Hemp Processor (the machine that turns hemp into hash)? Literally every single time. I just want to make my hash in my house in Catun right under the police's noses. is it too much to ask?

This mod still looks good though, you did good work on it.

seriously though, literally every single indoor refineries and machinery mod never adds the hemp processor. it can only go outside and on roofs, but you can't let the law see it or you get in some serious trouble. you'd think more people would be looking for something like this but it seems like it's just me.

anyways good job on the mod. I'll give it a good rating. keep up the good work.
Torkkar 28 May, 2024 @ 11:11am
so what about Interior copper refining?
SininenBlue 18 May, 2024 @ 6:24am
Thanks for the mod! Really liked the fact that I could produce my own stuff before making an outpost
nato187  [author] 20 Mar, 2024 @ 4:01pm
@Smegma_Sage Yeah, I converted the hub into a working base. Some machines like mining drills need a higher ceiling.

Not sure about compatibility with overhauls. Suggest putting it below other building mods because this mod touches the vanilla tech tree.
Smegma_Sage 10 Mar, 2024 @ 6:18pm
So with this mod would I be able to set up a propper smithy where I process iron into all the materials I need instead of buying steel bars and what not from a trader?

If so what kind of building would you reccomend to fit all of the downsized machines in? Would a Y-house be big enough?

Also as for load order, should I be putting this below all my other building mods or put it farther below with the overhauls?
nato187  [author] 5 Jan, 2024 @ 10:07am
@Chad
Might be an issue with your mod load order, I've tested the mod pretty thoroughly and others have also been able to see the research/buildings

@Mlemlom
Thanks for confirming, if there's enough interest I could support the modpack with a separate build.

@Myst Leissa
Not sure, there are definitely early development files for carbon in the game but the final release never used them. Some mods make use of those legacy assets/resources.

---

In testing I did notice there was a problem with pathing to indoor corpse furnace. Need to take a look at that when I have some time.
Myst Leissa 30 Dec, 2023 @ 6:17pm
I don't even think he MEANT carbon, as much as iron, whose icon is more of a lump of coal than an iron ore (hence carbon).
ₘₑₗₒₙ🍈 2 Dec, 2023 @ 2:14pm
@nato187 @Hazzikaze
Interactive World adds it, but also Universal Wasteland Expansion (UWE).
Chad "The King" ThunderCuck 30 Nov, 2023 @ 5:32am
all of the mini/indoors stuff shows up in the research list, but cant find any of it in the building menu.
Hazzikaze 25 Nov, 2023 @ 7:45am
@Draken & @nato187 I haven't used it, but it could be Interactive World. From what I've seen from it, it allows use and mining of carbon.
nato187  [author] 13 Nov, 2023 @ 1:45am
@Draken not sure which mod is adding carbon for you but it's not part of the vanilla game.

AFAIK files for carbon as a resource exist in the FCS but was never implemented.
Draken 10 Nov, 2023 @ 4:40am
needs mini carbon drills, or any way to mine carbon inside. currently its possible to mine all resources except carbon indoors which is annoying cause you need it for steel.
nato187  [author] 5 Nov, 2023 @ 8:40am
Thanks all!

@BadPoisonx good idea, might try to implement something like that

@Ser-Matticus could you try rebuilding your navmesh with ctrl + shift + f1 ? does the problem keep happening?
Meta Bluejay 4 Nov, 2023 @ 3:30am
It's like looking at something from Half-Life but you can use it
Bad Poisonx 17 Oct, 2023 @ 6:20pm
please for the love of god this mod is fantastic, is there any way you could add an upgrade to smithing buildings like a armor plate stamper or a chain linker to help with the absolute state that is armour crafting... and yes I am aware that I spelled armor in two ways sue me XD
ₘₑₗₒₙ🍈 15 Oct, 2023 @ 8:11pm
This mod is such a great idea.
Ser-Matticus 9 Oct, 2023 @ 4:58pm
seems like the Indoor corpse furnace can't pathed to, either for building or for use. my engineers will grab plates get about halfway to the blueprint then turn around to ditch resources.

also whoever i have on corpse duty wont even try to path to it if they have a corpse.
Tequila Mockingbird 2 Oct, 2023 @ 6:32pm
Thank you for not nerfing this.

I think for balance reasons, the only real "nerf" this mod needs, is that you need bandits to visit you for tax if you set up within a city. but this supposed change is clearly outside the scope of the mod
gooworm 26 Sep, 2023 @ 6:59am
I agree with Jobnor on his last, they're very small when being able to place it in an interior at all is wonderful imo. The building interior spaces are tall and the uppe/ceiling space is not very utilized by anything in the base game to begin with. Still thanks for adding to the workshop.
Jobnor 19 Sep, 2023 @ 7:38pm
Excited to hear it! I'm not that big on the nerfs either, but I do think the machines should be as big as possible while being able to fit in a building. It just looks weird to me when they're super small is all. The things could take up the size of a small shack interior and I'd still be satisfied that it was inside ahaha
nato187  [author] 19 Sep, 2023 @ 6:11pm
Thanks @Jobnor, should be fixed in the latest version.

Regarding nerfs I'm not sure yet. Most likely raise the build cost by 15~20%. I don't like adding grind to the game by reducing speed/output. I think we can all agree kenshi is grindy enough.
Jobnor 18 Sep, 2023 @ 6:08pm
Indoor item furnace can't be placed indoors
Acid 17 Sep, 2023 @ 9:04am
0 need for this to be nerfed. you can easily change the speeds yourselves if you feel that way, as for how? google it :D epic mod
Sullis 16 Sep, 2023 @ 8:56am
I agree, the smaller versions need to be nerfed somehow
SCarverOrne 16 Sep, 2023 @ 12:08am
Please don't nerf this. I like it exactly how it is. Let tryhards make a submod if they want that. Just my feedback don't come at me lol.
Lupa 8 Sep, 2023 @ 8:51pm
Any idea if this would be compatible with Kathun?
Anarchy Reigns 8 Sep, 2023 @ 2:14pm
I'd install this mod instantly if the machines were nerfed, at least 0.8 times the original. There is no reason to build machines outside when these are smaller, work exactly the same and can be placed in way more convenient places.
