Only thing I can think of is a few natural wonders that require all DLC. You got all the expansions for Civ 5?
Also, if you have a lot of mods it can take a while for even the smallest mod to show up in the mod list and being ready for install.
What will happen later with ogre land south-west I don't know. Looks like their continent continues outside of the map border.
I also love that you placed half the basic resources, because that means when the game has started there is almost twice the amount of basic resources. Which makes Granary and pantheons a higher priority instead of fillers.
