There was a Payday inspired mask for Spy around some time ago that looked 10x better and fit the game's art style in a much more natural way.

@John Tekken cosmetics being Halloween Restricted is only something that Valve does; most we do is mark cosmetics as Halloween so that they're easier for Valve to pick out for the Scream Fort crates, which is why that workshop tag exists.

It has nothing to do with making cosmetics holiday restricted.

I know. I just think its kinda odd that the cigarette sticks out of one of the teeth of the mask.

But then again, can't blame the creators for that.

One thing thats a shame tho is that TF2 does not allow you to bodygroup the cigarette, that way you could have avoided it clipping through the mask
