Use (sv_tfbow_damage_multiplier) to change the damage multiplier.

I'm looking for a modern bow that works but isn't overpowered. Can NPCs survive this one depending on where the arrow hits? And can a headshot instantly kill, let's say, a Combine police or soldier?
