You first see it in c1m2 under the bridge, where it and its glass is tinted red.
You also walk past in in c2m1 in the traffic jam. those are spots i know it's at, but it appears a few times all over l4d2 maps

I made one for the other pickup, and I made a fix for the glass color using this pickup model to demonstrate the glass, but I never worked on this pickup model.
