Hate that this is the first comment, it is a nice looking building when still and all, but I unfortunately unsubscribed from this asset due to the strange flashing I was seeing. The doors and windows would clip a little in and out from the building every time I moved.

I don't know what might have caused it. I do have the required items installed, and I did plop it down using RICO Revisited 2.5.5.
