oh man someone should revive the old alien swarm mod that makes the swarm actually build itself and biomass creates different bugs, now that you've reminded me mods of various swarm enemies exist

bro y'all accidentally made the same mod? that's pretty cool, a key difference is the replicators only use metal, and can even strip metal textures from the FUCKING MAP THEY'RE IN, replacing it with another texture

Further information on the conflict: It's because the init lua has the same name. However, this shouldn't be the case if other addons don't similarly conflict by having the same file name...

Try changing the name of init.lua to something else and see if that fixes the issue.

Out of curiosity is there anyway to make them not hostile to the player without the friendly bug (as that will attack workers and i want to watch them make a hive and attack npcs) and i believe Notarget doesn't work
