This mod doesn't seem to be able to be retrieved by Configuration Manager

i very much appreciate what this mod does. however, it seems to be causing an issue with various hit effects, causing them to repeat for quite a long time.

you'll notice this most obviously with runic barrage, and any ice effects.
for example, go against fenrir and you'll see what i mean pretty quickly; it'll be practically impossible to see lol
