oh its fine now lol i just found out apparently after 10 turns the ancient treemen lords disappear to cycle new lords, started a new durthu campaign to check and they were available for recruitment

Sorry to hear that. Works fine for me. For something like that, it doesn't necessarily need to be a Treeman mod that would affect recruitment ability, that could be really any mod that touches database tables.

idk if its bug from this but im playing as orion and i cant recruit ancient treeman lord, this is the only treeman mod i have unless the fay folk mod could also cause it

with this enabled units are standing arms spread out at a distance when dead close up there fine had to uninstall mod

So... it works for me. And you're the only one here talking about still seeing purple dryads. This tells me it's a user error. I would look over your mod list more carefully, investigate and disable whatever other mods you have enabled that might be causing this conflict. Failing that, unsubbing and re-subscribing is also a viable solution.

Most likely. I didn't handle any of the data table sections on this mod. Xoudad would know best. I do think Malevolent tree spirits have slightly different stats than vanilla tree spirits so that's likely part of it.

In the land_units_tables table, there are some strange values: their melee attack has been reduced by 3 points, can brace is disabled, and in art_unit_category, they have different values from the original and from each other. Is this intentional?

Did you fix them by ignoring them or did you go into the mod packfile and change things?

If you truly fixed them I would appreciate a link if possible with your edited packfile, that staff bug in particular was something very much beyond me.

I can't do anything about the staff one.

As for the portrait, that seems new, then again I don't play with 3D portraits. I'll see if I can fix it when I have the time, but that could be a long time, these are not critical bugs that mess up the models on campaign map or battle map nor do they crash the game, so priority is very low.

Regrettably my best solution for you is to not look at that character page nor use 3D portraits, basically just ignore it and you'll be good.

Having the same issue here with only the 4k durthu and this mod attached, seems fine when the lord is spawned but after reloading the game the model breaks completely, i have a screenshot but forums arent picture or file supported

You have a mod conflict. I suggest you look over your mod list closely and deactivate whichever one is causing the issue.

So for some reason all the Treemans work except for the normal "Ancient Treeman General" it for some reason makes it tpose in the campaign map. Not sure why but it just does. Not sure abotu if other ones are working or not just the normal one dosent in campaign map/world map. If you know of anything I can do to fix it it would be great bc I tried redownloading and that didnt seem to fix it.

Likely because Grove Guardian is not a vanilla unit, and this mod touches vanilla Treemen, specifically alters the quality of their models so they don't chunk out/get sloppy at a distance. The data for the Grove Guardians is likely referencing the unmodded models of Treemen, so that's why they look fine up close, because the files for the modded and unmodded are the same up close, but at further distance LODs, the Grove Guardian data begins to reference something that doesn't exist in SFO, only in this mod.

Units look great! interestingly, seems to conflict with SFO. specifically, grove guardian (sword) T-pose with this mod enabled, but if you zoom in close on the unit, they animate normally. No other unit has this issue. any reason why this might be the case?

Yeah man, I tried deleting this and hv's reskin. Trying every load order, very frustrating. Still the mods gorgeous and every other unit's has had no issues, thank you for your help, and for this great mod.
