Well for whoever created the files and folders, they must've gotten lazy and just labelled everything as a zombie sound. The zombie.xnb's used in this pack are just sound effects that the enemies use. As for the phantasm dragon, it's very difficult to change those sprites as they split in the middle of each texture, so I improvised and removed that texture so I can better format the moving animation, also there is hard coded strings and data that make the dragons opacity low, so I can't change that as it requires me to use TMod Loader and not the steam workshop unfortunately :(

Alright, after properly checking it out i can say that the mod is very good, fun and cool. Music works and all the other stuff too, the only things i can complain about is that the dragon looks a bit weird and that boss emblems and statues easily get overwritten by other resource packs (though that's just a terraria thing in general, thanks to the author for actually making custom ones). Will include in my playthroughs.

After browsing through files i am now wondering what do the zombie_**.xnb files change?

Oh, so the music for the cultist battle (Normal and otherworldly [music-box]) should be different. If you cant hear anything just tell me and I'll try to update it, and I'll also create a separate UI Mod soon.

yeah, having separate UI mod would help in case i want, for example, to get a different map border and have no resource pack conflicts. Also i didn't quite understand what music is changed
