brought notts county up 3 divisions, almost got relegated back outta the championship. I switched from 5 3 2 to this and shot back up to safety

I play Oxford City, judged to be in the bottom half, and the club think I should avoid going again, but I think this tactic shoots you to the top. You need decent players. When I play my 2nd team, they often tie 0-0 or something, but my 1st team blows teams away.

I just want to say how powerful this one is, I have consistently achieved results against teams a league above mine, blew away the VNS and VNL winning with 6 games left. Cruising right thru League 2 right now, crazy awesome.

The craziest "score" i made was in the unbeaten season. 9 goals from my regen against frankfurt in the bundesliga vs other top tier clubs the best i could manage was a 5-0 against man city
Anyway its a fun tactic! good synergy between the strikes seems essential

@Jaeggerjack dayum didnt expect the 2nd place finish right from the start but 3th and 5th place finish seems expected , cuz ultimately this tactic can only fully excel with a top 6 worthy players. Im glad you've stuck with it , i was really fearing that people might drop it when they are unable to win the league as easy as i make it seem.
Anyways im curious about some crazy scoreline youve gotten , i just played the champions league final while managing Newcastle with updated transfers VS PSG and i beat PSG 12-3 xD

First Season was actually the most surprising one. Finished Second behind Bayern with 4 Points.
Went Undefeated in the Conference league, the 2nd and 3rd season ended up on 4th and 5th place, and the 4th season when a few regens developed.. went undeafet first in all competitions lol.. Was really fun seeing it play out xD

@matbos thanks for trying out my tactic, im glad to hear that it was an instant success for you , but i also have to presume u are managing an above average team. im just really glad that im receiving positive comments. if you ever tried it with a lower end team perhaps a relegation threaten team, please give me an update if possible. @jaeggerjack hihi i can assure you if it works its the most fun u can get right now late into fm23. i replied really late so you might have already tested the tactic, would really like to know how you did with Koln. if i have to predict, 1st season you probably made the conference league? and if you continue to stick with the tactic i assume u probably just finish an unbeaten season.

@joeyskyline Thank you for using your time to comment, its amazing to that it working well for you, ive also recently started a save using the retro database and went unbeaten as well with my tactic, i genuinely think this is also the best tactic so far , sounds shameless but ive been wining like 7-0 to 10-0 every game!! xD

Already tried to make a lot of tactics and also downloaded a lot of tactics but this is the first one that really works for me in FM 23. This tactic gives instant results

just want to say as i dont usually comment but i downloaded this tactic as nothing seemed to work. i have won two back to back titles with newcastle an the champions league and the second season i have gone undeafeted . this is genuinely the best tactic i have used on fm 23 by far !!! great work
