if you want REAL big explosions maybe EXTREME explosions could work

@Dannie6024 Yes but mostly no, and i dont reccomend it. It usually doesnt always work and its quite buggy/laggy, but i have had multi colored explosions work before

@Lynn what do you mean not work? cause i dont know of any mods that would be incompatible other than mods that directly affect explosions like this one. my only advice is try again, sorry

I removed the `explosion.lua` file and enabled the mod, but it doesn't seems to work... Is there a list of incompatible mods?

@colliecorpse i know its a few months past your comment already but you backing up the files restored the .lua file you got rid of, if you want the mod to work you need to keep the file out. Only back up files if you want the modded explosions

@Toxicity all you need to do is return explosion.lua to its origin. Removing that file allows this mod to replace ALL explosions but having it still there means only certain modded explosions will actually be changed. Hope this helps!

Greetings, is there a way to fix the explosions not coming up with the pipe bomb, bomb and any other base game explosions?

@Octarion If you still have the file, just plop it right back in the folder it came from. If you deleted it, then a simple verification of the game files - which is located in the properties tabs for teardown. or worst case scenario, reinstall. IF none of those help or you need more detail, please ask.

@Ghost You can try verifying the games files and see if that fixes it as it should restore all the games files in the correct place. This mod should do nothing like this, nor has it ever done it.

the mod broke my game, even after uninstalling the mod and the game whenever an explosion goes off the game freezes and crashes. I did the steps to install the mod and i even restored the file into the game directory but the game still doesn't work

@[GM]-corgicrossing you need to remove explosion.lua because the file conflicts with this mod, and the mod won't work as they both do the same thing, control the visuals of the explosions.

Regarding sq[s' "fixed" version of this mod, it doesn't seem to work, try it if you want to see if it works anyways but from my tests, it does not work.

@SAVE UKRAINE-UA this mod does drop fps but the drop is usually very minor.

@Phλzer actually, it is possible to replace it. I think I already told you once

@lucafrantz07 and @Cat due to how Teardown modding is structured, there is no possible way to have this mod work fully correctly without explosion.lua being removed manually as native game files can't be edited with the current modding API's. I don't have enough modding capability to make tools\weapons for these explosions hence why I let other, much more talented modders use these effects. If you want to use these effects, please use the Pinned discussion as it is an accurate guide to get the mod to work with out breaking your game.

Could you please make weapon versions of this so that we don't have to delete Explosion.LUA and just see the effect normally because I don't like to destroy or edit the Game just to install a Mod please
