I am very dismayed at the recent trend to include reskins in workshop scenarios. While I understand the reason and the pleasure, I am computer illiterate, and I have no idea how to download these. In a previous attempt, I ended up with a zip file. I had to purchase software to unzip it. Then I think I ended up with a rar file, and had no idea what to do with it or where to put it, so gave up. There must be quite a few people like me. Are you prepared to post detailed instructions as to how to properly install these reskins?

I think that maybe the speed limit of all trains is the same by this scenario.

Thanks for creating an enjoyable scenario with appropriare AI traffic. One small point, the speed limits on the WCML were the EPS speeds for tilting trains; I do not know if they can be modified for this scenario to the lower limits for all other traffic?
