I have a few ideas for this.

Maybe a liquid that explodes like exotic liquid in the base game, but you combine it with other syringes, and if anything gets in the explosion, the effect of the second serum happens? I think that's gotta be tough to program, though.

What about stuff to combine with base game serums? Transparency agent from the pink syringe + invisibilium makes something epic, or energy drink + a l c h o h o l = super adrenaline?

What about combining Antigravity with Rainbow juice or Monster en- Energy drink to create gravity to the left and right?
