Its just a genderbent william afton with wonky proportions just look up her name in the workshop search bar. If you cant see it than you have your privacy settings set to block addons with mature content descriptors.

@HumbleTales Wendy Afton is a genderbent version of William Afton. If you do not know what genderbent is, its basically changing character's for creator's own, nefarious purposes be it fetishistic (original design) or for the lols.
