You say "the panel only shows effects that are actually valid for a specific type of building", but -- looking at your screenshots -- what does 'Cargo Transport' have to do with residential buildings at all?

@zeemot Energy and water consumption don't influence leveling.

Is "energy consumption" a possible detail to be added in future versions? Current energy and water consumption are key for evaluate the economical viability of a resource-limited industry building.

@infixo no big deal, i just thought having more options to display the values would be a good idea. i'm ok with what you currently have.

@BloodPawWerewolf The game pretty much uses percentages (hidden below progress bars) to show progress. It is not very much informative. Numbers are clear indicators.
What would be the benefit of going back to percentages? If service coverage is 30% and you need 32% to upgrade, then you will never know which effect will give you that 2% because there would be no clear relation between them.
And last but not least - original ShowIt! uses percentages if you prefer...

is there any chance of an option for percentages instead of decimals?

i think having both as an option that you can choose would be nice.
