This is a very practical mod.Can you set the conversion menu to not appear when right clicking in the corpse pickup box? This will look better.

Sure, can be understood, btw it's a nice QoL addon saving much time, not enjoy too many categories injected into game in Brita/Gunfighter, would be realistic but bad for balance. :P

@Oversights2006_ That's an interesting request, but it's a bit beyond what I can do at the moment.

Hey buddy, I think it would be better adding an option to convert currently selected type of ammo only, instead of ruthlessly taking all your loose ammo, that "all marked" function is somehow cursed in vanilla game since it just randomly to decide which one gonna be dealing with.

When I have a lot of ammunition in my backpack, it becomes unstable and will transform the ammunition I have collected together.

@wolves_hero i think arsenal/brita has a feature where you can disassemble ammo into its base components (projectile, gunpowder, casing/shell, primer). There is also two ammo presses that you can find in the world along with a magazine that teaches you the recipes for crafting ammo with those components. However, the feature is a little underdeveloped at the moment. For example, disassembling a 4G shotgun shell will give you buckshot, gunpowerder, 4G shells, and shotgun primers. Unless you already have other types of shells, you can only recraft the 4G shells, not something more commonly useful like 12G. Same can be said for the other ammos. Im considering making up a recipe mod that allows disassembling ammo like arsenal does, however the components you get will be more generic and allow you to craft any of the ammos within that ammo type(handgun, shotgun, rifle, etc).

Any ammo converter to shotgun ammo is cheated & unrealistic without ammo workbench like 7 Day to Die has ammo workbench.

I have been able to use weapons that I wasnt able to because of lack of ammo in the whole map, lovely mod, still, a bit cheesy

@MoonMoon TBH I have no clue about firearms. Ammo is just ammo to me. I suppose there are many people who would agree with you. I may incorporate your suggestion in the next update - Soon™

I way that would reduce crafting issues and make this feel slightly less cheesy, have ammo only convertible within its type. handgun ammos convert to other handgun ammos, shotgun to shotgun, rifles to rifles, explosives to explosives.

Im kinna get what you mean, like if you using a shotgun + pistol, then when you try convert other ammo to pistol, it would also take your shotgun ammo and convert it too, then you have to either stop it yourself, convert some of pistol ammo to shotgun again or put all the shotgun ammo to box so it wont convert those

But we would need a whole mod to mess with crafting priority to change the way it craft tho

@Nain Oh... that must be one of the reasons why we need an ammo box converter.
I would go with that route instead of modifying the inventory system.

Also, is it possible when converting to focus the ammo in your main inventory? I usually put ammo that Im using in the backpack and the system usually focus stuff in it rather than main inventory

At this point i dont think you can make ammo box convert anyway, so i will take what i can xD

you should consider just putting like an ammo maker model into the game that can be placed like on a table for example, and right clicking that can convert ammo.

This would be even better if it have sub mod option to convert ammo box too, take x20 time longer but for the 1 ammo box, then it will be *chef kiss* perfection

You know, 1 box of 9mm have 50xbullet can convert to 50x50-BMG, but if you convert 1 box of 9mm to 1 box of 50-BMG, then it 50 small bullet for 10 big bullet, perfectly balance, as all thing should be
