Love the songs, they're excellent. But like others have mentioned they're a bit loud compared to the default lifestyle songs.

As for setting the volume individually, it may be possible with a mod called "Advanced Volume Enabler".
However, I don't understand English so I don't know where the categories (tabs) listed in that mod would be and which songs are which.
For those reasons, I can't say that I can do what you want, but you could try.
