Is it possible at all to make it work with in game sounds, like npcs talking or gun fire?

so how do you use it? just make sure the radio is on and talk into the "on air" mic? or do you have to set up some kind of wire system or something? are all radios just autoconnected to all mics?

It seems to suggest you just press E. I constructed this addon a while back, so I cannot remember how it was made very well.

Does this work with in game sounds? Like if there is a cage full of zombies and you put the mic in there will you hear them through the radio in a mile away?

It works with music if you play it through your microphone (by holding x). If you can do that I can give you a tip. Dont bother holding x for the whole song, go into the console and type +voicerecord. Then just press x to stop broadcasting!

In Entities > Other you can find the Microphone and Radio. Once these are spawned, you can speak in the microphone and hear it out the radio. This is nearly 100% useless in sandbox as everyone can hear you talk anyway. It is designed for DarkRP.
