When using the Override Perfect Potion Use, if the missing health points cannot be replenished by one health potion, multiple potions will be used simultaneously to replenish the health points

Is there a way to toggle heal on spawn off? It's really annoying having to fight a boss like Infernum DoG and you can't B2B them because you get hit with a potion cooldown off rip

i have this weird glitch where when i have any of the accesories equipped from this mod it upon my potion cooldown reaching 0 it resets to 60 seconds and plays the potion sound and heals my hp to full but dosnt use any potions from my inventory (this even happens when i have no healing items in my inventory) it also happens no matter what my hp is

Hi, so I was unable to replicate the bug you were talking about. I'd suggest you double check config and that

Is disabled, as that could be screwing with things.

I've got the same issue as PapaFred. Also could you add an option where the override inst a health percentage but a flat amount. So all potions only activate after i have lost the amount needed for the potion + 25 (the chosen amount). The basic potion would only activate after i lose 75 HP the next one would be 125 HP and so on.

Just received the new update and now the mod is broken, it will use potions when the cooldown ends regardless of what your life is at. In addition, it is not using higher-level potions when you are damaged, it just takes the first potion with the same priority system as ammo and other consumables use in vanilla, i.e.: top left to bottom right

I suggest a config and option so that "optimal" requires less than X% current health for a potion to be used, as well as a config for the cooldown reduction. It would make this much more mod compatible with other mods in terms of balance.

"The most optimal time" Is when using a health potion would restore as much health as it can, so a 150 health potion will only be used when you're down 150 health

All you gotta do is run it through tmodporter (The little ! icon next to the build stuff)
Then edit the new localization file with your tooltips (You can find it easily)
Since this mod only has three items it'll be extremely easy

Is being able to stack buffs, regen effects, defense and automatically regenerating 200 hp every 33 seconds to tank the highest damaging attack in the game with no strings attached balanced?
There's a reason the charm of myths doesn't stack with its upgrade materials, you know.

It is possible, but partly because its a pain to code (and i cant be bothered) and partly because then it is taking up 2 accesory slots i think its balanced.

Heck, the fact you can combine em on top of automatically using healing potions would warrant a nerf to the cooldown reduction, getting less than 30 seconds for your 200 health regenerated potion is really strong, unless you can add some kind of failsafe to ensure they don't stack

I also like the idea of buffing the life giving amulet's potion sickness reduction, but i think 50% less is OP. We'll try some other values though, see what works! (keep in mind currently you can wear life giving amulet and philosophers stone at the same time for 50% off)

Thanks for the feedback, we've decided to make weapons/armor a seperate (albeit similiar) mod to this main one. I love the idea of the sentry though, but i'm really only a beginner so it would come at a later stage. As for the recipe problem, that's a good point. We're going to implement some more recipe combinations for heart of gold and Life giving amulet. Thanks for the tips all!

i dont think that lifecristal armor and weapons would be a good idea, but maybe a new potion wich includes the life cristal, or a sentry that shoots hearths to the nearest player of the team from the person that placed the sentry. and that sentry shoots projektiles that heal you or your teammates if hit. the sentry should have somthing to indicate wich team its from, if somone without a team spawns it then its only for him. i had this idea VERY long, but i cant code so all i can do is gives othes my idea and hope for the best. i'll maybe try to ask RED to include this in an update for terraria, but he will probaby not see my message :terraria:

bro why seperate philosophers stone and band of regen why not just make heart of gold be made with charm of myths and live giving amulet be made with the shiny stone or something idk
