broken in 3.12.1 and a simple patch won't cut it

Is there compatch for the city view type, archology / ecumonopolis with UI overhaul. When i have an archology the city scape changes to the 'Necron machine' type but only coveres half the screen and does not match the sky as it has a bigger view screen.

The trait gives bonus jobs to tech research and more levels to leaders at the cost of a very short lifespan, as it tried to "simulate" the Necronthyr emphasis on making huge breakthroughs in a short amount of time.
