Yeah, unfortunately that's an artifact of making it somewhat compatible with certain addon campaigns. Because the addon includes a mission file, it essentially "tells" the game you have that certain contained campaign mission. I've been considering wiping the addon campaigns from the mission file for that reason, which I might just have to do to avoid any future confusion or frustration for people.

Unfortunately, to my knowledge there isn't any ways around it other than their removal.

there is a problem with this mod, when i downloaded it i noticed that in my addon campaing collection there were a LOT of campaings i didnt download, and when i unsubscribed the mod they were gone.

If you're looking for Urik's L4D1 Hud without the team health numbers but working on all campaigns I could probably also do that.

Keep in mind that it only works on L4D1 campaigns, really though I don't know what could be causing the issue for you. It works fine for me with a full modlist.

I used only this mod and nothing else

Maybe some conflict on your end locally? Do you have another hud mod installed? I use it myself, so, it should function fine.
