1, No. don't subscribe to the other collections unless you want to. they don't do anything besides having slightly different addons for different occasions.

2. This is a decent third-person addon: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=207948202
Just subscribe to it, and watch the tutorial on it's page

(2) How do I change to third person?

very cool collection but every time me and my friend get in and start a raid we just crash after we start fighting, not sure why.
