I am just running this mod, nothing else in the playset

Additional advisors assistant does not work properly. For example, when I assign stewardship focused advisors and select Develop Capital or Manage Domain, the buff effects were added up in the old days, so max domain limits were increased and pace of development had accelerated, but they don't apply correctly after the script changes. However when I let advisors just tutoring my character and boost his stewardship only then it works nicely and I can get more tax incomes. Other tasks are the same, some work, some don't. I can be satisfied to give powerful vassals a seat on the council though... 😂

any way to revert to 1.15?

i cant attest that it works all you have to do is follow what the author has said and revoke a barony level title and it will work as intended. Cheers

no idea why it wont work for you, i have no problems at all no crashes always having candidates.

Well, I ran the game with activating this mod(and translation) only, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working for 1.16 update. There are no candidates available for council advisor at all. What is worse, when I followed the solution above, game crushes popped up. So Sad that I cannot use this mod anymore :(

guys you might be having a mod that is causing a conflict i can run a game for days even weeks an no crash at all so no idea why it is causing it for you. Only thing i can think of is a mod causing issues but no idea what mod it could be

I've noticed that too, crashes and several runs with out them popping up to select. I thought the crashes were from other mods but reading here seeing crashes it does make sense.

To be completely honest - the advisors have not been available for about 2 years. There have been several crashes during these two years. Then suddenly the advisers became available and no crashes.

What instructions ? Why don't you write it in the decription of the mod ? So it will be not before but now! If you mean the Existing saves, I'm talking about crush in a new game.

just revoke a barony level title give it away unpause the game and it should be all fixed in a new game

I have no clue whats happening but if I go back to the previous game this mod works. If I start a new game this mod is broken and shows 0/0 available. Even a new game with just this mod active. What's weird is a previous game save this mod is fine. (same mod order with nothing changed)

no idea i dont use more bookmarks anymore there are always many conflict with that mod i personally use https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2933252806 for more bookmarks and it is compatible with everything

sorry but nothing has happened to the mod nothing can happen to the mod as the mod uses no default files, mod is working perfectly fine on my end with and without other mods only thing that cause issues is a different mod making use of same naming as mine. Try looking for mods that do anything with the council.

something definitely happened to the mod with the latest update. whats weird was i was in a middle of a game when the last patch dropped and it didn't seem to effect this mod. but after the new patch dropped, i started a new play through and this mod is broken. i tried to add it at the end of all the mods, validated files, played with just this mod active, same deal when trying to add councilors nothing shows up.

try running this mod at the bttom of your playlist and remove other council mods. no idea why you guys have issues because this mod shoul dwork fine as it's self contained code nothing game default

same problem here... cant see no advisors and when I can choose one the game crash.

I tested over 150 mods one by one, and found out that any council related mods are causing my problem. But I will use debug cheat to grant additional title to my lord, because I can not give up this grate mod...! 😉 Now, I just want to thank you to all your efforts!

I had the same problem. i'd load up a new game, the advisors would be working fine, but as soon as I reloaded the save I wouldn't be able to assign advisors anymore.
I ended up moving this mod to the very end of my modlist and now its working perfectly.
I have over 100 mods installed, so I can't provide clues as to which mod is causing the issue, but the solution is simple so I thought I would pass it on.

No idea why it is not working for you guys @TacoCat @Lotus it's working fine on my end, only thing i can think of is a mod that is causing issues with this one but which one that could be no idea as this mod is basicly a fully compatible mod with it's own files no default game files modified at all.

@GG棒 Like TacoCat already said the lifestyles added my a different mod has nothing do do with this mod, icant add compatibility for it either as it would end up requiring that mod for this one to work and i'm not going to do that.

@GG Those two lifestyles has nothing to do with council advisors.

@Author, going off on what Lotus said, I also can't find candidates for the additional court members. I tried killing a baron (which automatically replaces baron) but it didn't make candidates available. Then when I tabbed out (to read instructions again) and back in and clicked to see candidates, game crashed.

It includes 2 new lifestyles and corresponding educational traits for those lifestyles, which causes NPCs in the game to start with the lifestyles from this mod, but using them in the cabinet expansion window has no effect. Alternatively, the cabinet expansion window could generate effects without considering certain educational traits of a lifestyle, but instead judging by the original attribute maximum values. After all, even if one has a low level of education, through hard work, they can become an expert in that field.

if you can find candidates try te change a barony level title to a new owner that should refresh your list of candidates

For me, even if it's a whole new game, mod can't find any candidates for expanded advisors... I tested new games about 20 times or more, it shows my court members very occasionally, but most of times it doesn't. IDK what's the difference... 😭
