That would have been easlily fixable by making a second/separate version of this mod that does use MLP tho

More Lua Power has a custom in-game settings tab which mod makers can add things to. It's a lot more convenient than a .txt file and doesn't get reset when the mod is updated..

However, since this mod doesn't currently depend on MPL, I don't want to update it to use MPL and have it break for everyone who doesn't have it installed and active.

I've always wondered with steam mods if there is a way to make the config only appear on startup. Depends on if steam downloads the whole mod and replaces it or if it just updates whatever in the mod needs updating. Another work around would be somehow making the config file outside of the mod directory like how game saves tend to end up in appdata. Just a random thought I had.
