However, the Bunnyhopper's Ballistics Vest and Vitals Vest also have this problem, literally located in the same place. It seems either these items had a polycount limit or the authors didn't realized of the Vaccinator and other Medic backpack cosmetics that would show this "leak".
I don't think those can be fixed unless you got permission from the original workshop creators.
There was actually an email posted by TF2 Cut Content on Twitter about how they're gonna approach model changes and they aren't gonna use our files per say, but record the changes or something like that.
Sometimes the lighting bumps differently after a player model recompilation, or some textures look slightly off.
When the LODs were made that didn't exist, so deleting that part of the straps wasn't noticeable.
