work fine for me. no errors no glitching. and even though its not the actually horrifying version it still scared the shid outta me when i turn around and it was actually there that time.i immediately closed the game. still i wonder why everybody's getting some sort of problem but i didn't get one.anyway good mod

If not, probably conflicting addon. I say keep a gallery of your current addons and reinstall this first to see if its the problem.

got the addon, gphone and the model, uninstalled the original addon and model but still no dice, it appears as an error, even tried a different model i found in the comments but still an error, any ideas how to fix this? or could this be some sort of issue with dated things?

Well, I had an error popping up and sending pics instead of Mal0 when I had Dily's and the original app unsubbed.
When I subbed to Dily's it started to show up and work so I'm confused. I did get it to work though which is what matters.

@BlueRaptor The Night Fury - Everything seems to be in order.
Either I say try with the original mal0 app uninstalled from Gmod and make sure this, gphone and https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2898510179&searchtext=1471 is installed and active only.
Perhaps since the code of the two being a direct copy might be conflicting with eachother while disabled.

Okay either I'm dumb or something is wrong, when using this model along with Snow's Mal0, all I get is a error model.

The original Mal0 app is disabled along with Dily's Mal0

Only this mod and Snow's Mal0 are active.

Funny it is, SCP 1471-A is actually non hostile in the wiki, nor have a gender. It's gender is completely determined on the user on what they want to describe them.

The worst it can do is just drive you insane. Its sole purpose is to provide the user a companion.

@Lucas - Luki! I suggest changing the recommended Mal0 addon to https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2928615783 (Atleast for me) it helps with the hair bc with the resiszed addon it turns white for some reason
