This is just crying out for a couple of scenarios.

Back in the 1970's, President Mobutu of Zaire (now Congo) built an airport in the middle of the jungle at his home town of Gbadolite that was big enough for Concorde. It was so he could charter it for trips to Europe & fly in VIPs for stays at his palaces there. You can read about that and his other excesses here [www.theguardian.com]. You can see the ruins of the palaces on Google maps.

The other idea is from the novel "By The Rivers Of Babylon" by Nelson DeMille where Palestinians hijack a Concorde operated by El Al to Babylon. It turns into a battle between the Israelis and the Palestinians in the ancient ruins.

this is awesome! can you get it to max speed at 2179 km/h (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Concorde)? tested it and topped out at 1300-1400.
