Whenever I turn on my computer this wallpaper starts stuttering and CPU usage ramps up towards 100%. The only fix I've used so far was to select a different wallpaper and re-select this one. Is there a proper fix?

there is options scroll down to see options "center time & bottom Right time" uncheck the box if you dont want to see it
