Go into settings, and go to the skin tab
from there you can choose the skin you want.

I made a mistake. When you download this skin, it will appear as "Towakane's Purple Arrow" do not be confused as it is this skin but with a different name. This isn't a massive issue, but rather a minor inconvenience and oversight on my part.
