Its a year and a half later. The trait sill is not fixed, it is still nearly impossible to reliably level blade-master. This Mod is better than nothing, it is certainly not pointless, as with out it you maybe find one or two leveled up Masters in a generation.

Is this mod still needed or have Paradox fixed the issue as of patch 1.9.2?

That was the original problem to begin with. This mod "fixes" a problem that was never a problem.

I was trying to tell the creator this, but since I can't talk to him I'll be forced to post it here.

The entire mod is pointless and doesn't fix anything.
