I managed to seal of a section

sometimes it was sealed but fuel wasn't there

@KAWAI_LOVER It is not drag glitched, the XML does not allow it to seal

hi, so with some help i figured out that it's drag gliched therefore it's impossible to spawn fluids in same physics body as plane
