Thank you - yes sometimes I like to dogfights against some of the most advanced stealth aircraft - other times i just want to bully some ww2 planes with amraam missiles
Yes very likely an issue due to careless copy/pasting this mission from the tanoa map at some point long ago
A much quicker way if you are in sp is to spawn the drone wherever with zeus, and control it whenever
You need to reset all missions for the new amounts to take effect

The script uses a config scraper that looks for certain keywords and base classes - i geared it to be able to use the base classes from the vanilla factions - sometimes mod makers like rhs dont use these same base classes as bis for no good reason.
If that is the case, set the spawn count of apc and mrap to 0 - some of the vehicles that are intended to be mrap may instead spawn with transport or tanks for example

Try getting out clearing the jet and spawning a new one. Also try the option to spawn from the air - maybe your plane it too big and is clipping the carrier?

Yes, spawn a drone with the jet spawner with crew inside (Important) - then go to arsenal grab a uav terminal. then you can link it to the drone and fly off. You can even then spawn jet later and control the uav from the plane
Maybe one or two RHS factions work, but for example, playing with SOGPF, PAVN has BRT-40 and BTR-50, and MACV has the M113 and guntrucks, but none of these are detected as either APCs or MRAPs. Having to shoot 2035 vehicles takes some of the fun out of Vietnam piloting, I have to say.
So, is there anywhere I can edit a class or a config file or similar to designate what is an APC/MRAP?
Is that right? that there is 2 No. 3 Airbases, is that a typo or me thinking wrong !!
This mission is on Altis, but the transport map is showing map for Tonga.

You can always open up zeus and place down an anti-air
I have designed it so that if you unpack the mission, you can copy all of the files over, and all of the objects from editor to any map and it should work
This is an issue with the faction you set for planes and helicopters, the script cant find any valid aircraft to spawn for the faction so you need to choose another one

The enemies exist in the game regardless of how far you are away from it.
You want to adjust object view distance so that they will be rendered from that far away - try the game setting as well as the view distance menu in the mission
There is an adjust view distance action on the scroll wheel which will bring up a menu to adjust

Set the amount of enemy units lower and regenerate the mission
iv change the normal options but wont generate thing past 1 KM
You may have some issue with a mod loaded - try playing the game without mods and add more mods until you get the problem
Yes, play the arma 3 helicopters tutorial to learn how to do it - i believe you do need to own the helicopter DLC

Ok, it should be okay to play with mods, not sure why a particular mod was causing you an issue, but glad its resolved
Yes in the virtual garage jet spawner, you can add crew, copilot and even pilots
I have pushed an update which hopefully fixes your issue - I am unable to reproduce your issue no matter what I try so I am just trying to reinforce code around where you were getting the issue.
Question, does the boards still not show the factions correctly in the dropdowns? Is there any errors that happen before you click the start game button? Also, have you tried without mods?
Hi - no, it didn’t help, I even tried it on a new computer (I installed Windows today and then Arma 3).
