That part of Focus tree was always a bit underdeveloped.

Just tested it with rd56 both mods work perfectly together.

Suggestion to add a focus to align and ally the U.S. instead of conquering them.
Reason why is the U.S. was historically split between siding with France and siding with the U.K.
This also gives room to add a Napoleon branch focus to America while giving you a powerful ally.
To add to that while Napoleon did originally want to retake Louisiana in his later years of power his views shifted to a pro American view seeing them as a potential strong long term ally.
Historically the most the U.S. got involved is by invading Canada.
Besides that the U.S. was 50/50 between helping France or Britain which is why they would need to be aligned first.

If I may, I dont think Iberia should be locked behind the Soviet Invasion. Historically, He invaded spain first. also I think there should be a choice between courting the greeks/megali for turkey.
