As another user said this livery won't show up so you need to manually copy the livery file from
\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1190000\2973481287
to
\Steam\steamapps\common\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021\Car Mechanic Simulator 2021_Data\StreamingAssets\Cars\FordGT40\Liveries
copy the livery inside the livery folder and the livery should show up
