@Maiden of Heresy I can't say i have tested it myself, but i don't believe there is anything that should break an active save. If you're unsure make a copy of your saves folder!

Hey just wondering if this mod will work fine if I add it mid-way through a save? Having to travel to new areas to find the materials is fine, just wanna know if it'll cause issues.

If you're changing to build 42 version of the modpack we would suggest a wipe to avoid any issues or game breaking bugs. We rewrote a lot of items and scripts!

@[♤] Sensei MadEyE Build 42 adds tobacco and cigars to the game, All recipes will be adjusted to work with those instead. I simply mean I've removed our mods version of those items!

Recipes: Mortar/Pestle recipes now hand-craftable; Grinder added as alternative.

Smoking: Cannabis Jarring implemented.

Drinks: Revamped with new liquids system (color/flavor liquids).

HGO: Recipes tweaked; custom Mugs/Tee's added.

Growing: Rewritten; new textures coming soon.

New Items: Colored grinders; custom-textured rolling papers (models later).

Removed: Tobacco, cigars, and other vanilla items.

Visuals: New icons, textures, and smoke models (lit/unlit).

Build 42: New Workshop pack; Build 41 gets final update to match.

Future: Focus shifts exclusively to Build 42.

I know I'm probably like, centuries late to this, but would y'all still be interested in UFP compatibility? I can probably handle it on my end if it's necessary, though I can also walk y'all through the process of adding a patcher if it's desired.

Keep in mind it may take me a couple days to respond as I have college work and I'm just trying to get things to play nice.

Thank you! But fair warning snake's mod seems to rewrite the sew seed menu and give other mods trouble, ultimate farming patch and jigga's greenfire patches are a few I've seen able to accomplish it if by any chance that would help.
Possibly a patch adding HGO into 'ultimate farming patch, if they allow such, would better future-proof your mods compatibility with the more intrusive farming mods.
I'm excited and I hope you can figure it out, cheers on your awesome mod no matter the outcome!

My work on the pack is slow as I am doing to the best of my ability to make it as compatibility as possible with any and all mods. Ill take a look into snake's and see if i can make them work together :)

Yeah I'm aware, snake's overwrites files and requires integration to use the sew seed mechanic of other mods, just throwing it out there to potentially save people the trouble who are less familiar to how to mods interact. I wouldn't say avoid it, unless of course you're looking to add a lot of mods and want compatibility ease. I also meant no disrespect to this mod as it's wonderfully put together.

Snake's modpack does not play nice with a lot of other mods. I'd rather stay away from it, unless a bunch of patches are made.

Side note:to whom it may concern, as no surprise, this is not compatible with LGR (Snake's modpack) unless a patch is made.

I have uploaded a fix, I believe the issues should be resolved. Simple mistake by me not commenting something out.

I wanted to use errormag on it, but the game won't load with the mod in it. It didn't give an error log either, it just simply won't load with HGO in it. The moment I removed the mod, the game worked fine. So I really have no idea what's causing it. If I do come across something weird, I will let you know.

Just FYI, the new update to the mod kinda broke my game. I had to remove it to be able to load my save or start a new game. Not sure which mod it clashes with though. Just putting it out there, in case someone else got the same issue. If your game won't load, just remove HGO for now. Hopefully there will be a fix soon. I don't like removing mods I always play with.

I'm not sure on compatibility with other packs, but as far as I know I haven't written any code that should conflict with these other packs so it should be safe to use! If you hit any issues let me know and I'll get it fixed up.

I should also add, some items may not spawn naturally and need crafting like butter and joints etc. Everything should spawn but its possible i have made a mistake somewhere, keep trying let me know spawn rates and areas, Im happy to adjust accordingly.

Smoke items usually spawn in medical or bars where cigarettes would be found. Some items can be foraged and farmed. Papers, grinders etc should be spawning in gas stations and general stores. Work on this mod will get back into full swing in the new year hopefully. Keep annoying me with comments and ill eventually make something new. I just have a feeling some things may break with the coming updates.

Where should i be on the lookout for these items in the world? I know certain things are craftable but i havent found much but the cherry flavor energy pack on a dead zombie.

UPDATE: I am getting back into the project more aggressively from tomorrow, expect in the near future a few smaller content updates too the pack. This includes Consumables, Crafting Items, HGO Lore and possibly some changes to the current growing system, although that last one depends on how much of a change B42 makes to farming.

We are working out whats worth working on at the moment with 42 not so far away we wanna make sure what we build has solid foundations to continue functioning as intended. The main focuses currently are making art and assets in preparation. I hope to extend the item additions and add a larger range of custom foods and drinks with more variation in positive and negative affects. I believe farming is due to change so my work with that system will be slower but not dead.

Holy shit guys i got a notification of a reply, glad you guys decided to re-up, i really don't know what happen but it's good to see the project isn't gone, tho it caused some issues in our MP server since Steam loves to do auto-updating mods that get deleted so our server now was trying to get a mod that didn't exist anymore.
So yeah please i hope you guys don't do that again.

At the moment the grinder has a custom 3d model other things use objects already in the game, work has been slow due to other projects. Will be blowing off the dust and getting back into it soon.
