Looked into it, I assumed the animation was broken.
Sadly no, she cycles through a few short animations (hands on window, looking outside, looks at your, gives a thumbs up, repeat) due to modding limitations

She is supposed to cycle through them. It might have been broken during an update. Will look into it soon

Hello! Just wondering, I saw online that the Neuro passenger model has several animations like giving a thumbs up. But in my game, it seems that she's stuck in an animation loop of looking out the window. Is it possible that I could be missing some sort of dependency? Thank you for the mod!
