It definitely needs to be added to the game. It fits Heavy's personality the most, and it's a fun taunt. Plus it would be a great bonus to have healing properties.

Jokes aside, like many others have said, the biting animations are a bit too forceful. It's like he's swinging the sandwich into his mouth. I guess that's intentional, but it feels just a bit too fast and exaggerated.

Some of the animations are bit too aggressive for Heavy's character but overall quite nice

it would be cool if he pulled out a different lunchbox item every time he pulled something out of the basket

I feel like this taunt would work equally as well without the mat beneath heavy. It would look odd in any situation that isnt just flat ground and I feel like people would like it just as much without it.

Yeah I had that concern as well - there are polygons underneath, but then again, some other taunts have a similar prop size (Sniper's tent for example.)

Neat, I'm worried how it'll look on top of props and things where you can see the bottom. Are there polygons there or is it empty space? If it looks weird on top of props, you could alternatively remove the blanket and just have the basket be the only prop.

I thought the tf2 community liked friendlies.

heavy eating his sandvich , totally unnecessary taunt

The intro animation is overdone. I feel like his movements are really exaggerated even by tf2 standards. The way his lips keep puckering when he eats also looks off.
Otherwise the concept for this taunt is nice, I'd like to see it in the game if the animation isn't this weird.

the biting animation should be replicated to look like the actual eating animation in game, and also you should add some other lunchbox items inside the picnic basket, but other than that i love it

Aside from this being yet another looping emote, the animation is too cartoonish and bouncy. The mercs aren't supposed to move like looney tunes characters.

OK concept. OK animation. The way he bites into the sandwich is really awkward and so is when he eats it fully. The way he chews while looking around is also a bit too expressive and should probably be toned down, the action1 is great, and so is the outro.

I'd recommend removing the picnic blanket and basket and instead just having Heavy materialize the sandvich from his pocket or something, that way there's less going on and it feels a bit more natural like he had one and just wanted to sit down and eat on his own, the picnic basket with infinite food kinda feels like its playing too hard into Heavy being this big fat man. Although that may just be me, just feels kinda out of character.
