That was an accidental but intentional placement.
Given that this is a large project and I'm a single mod dev on this with IRL responsibilities. please expect large gaps between updates.
Likely either when OHD has a better solution for setting vehicle spawns up or if the overhaul mod changes its method of spawning vehicles. Please do not pressure the dev of that mod cause of this problem. He is already aware and I will let him take the time he needs to perfect his work.
Also, this game needs air vehicles and it'd be a fair f2p competitor to Squad.
But i can agree, the flags are a bit bunched up. I was trying to prevent players having to run forever to just get to the next flag
When u say long periods of time, can u elaborate? Personally, I haven't seen issues in terms of stability. Now say u took a helicopter or car and drove way accross the map. yes that will break the animations due to the origin point being so far away. The origin is in the direct center of the play area where the flags are focused currently.
Being it is an ambitious project.Updates will take time.

For example. I will put in the destructible buildings and the barrier check will be disabled so all the extents of the map are completely accessible.
@Cat Daddy I did specify that this is a very large map and it is in a very early state and is at the moment more of a stress testing map for vehicles and being very far from the origin point.
Yes a singleplayer is there. I would say in the current state the map is in, more of a demo to demonstrate the size of the maps the game can run
